Two years ago I decided to stop hiding. I didn't know then that my life would be divided into a before and an after.

Yes, every decision has its KONSEQUENCE.

But I had nothing to lose anymore.
Have you ever been so down that the only way up… to somewhere where you can float again – is to strip completely naked?

Tear everything down and create a new life.

To breathe again in all my vulnerability.

I knew I couldn't do it alone, so I surrounded myself with what gave me strength, a hug, and a sense of security.

They were scents.

And as is known - the best therapy is the one that is shared.

So I started sharing with you. More and more of you listened to me, and a community was born that I never dreamed of.

You taught me that courage can take many forms and that everyone is just one decision away from a completely different life.

Remember, there will be KONSEQUENCES.

I wish every one of your stories had as amazing a Plot Twist as mine does at the moment.
